VCSU Laptop InitiativeWhat is this Initiative?This is VCSU's effort to improve learning via learner-centered technology. Each and every full time student is issued a laptop computer. High speed network connections are everywhere: individual classroom seats, laboratories, library, student union, and all residence hall rooms.
